Job Title: Marketing Manager (Contracts & Business Development)

Location: Nigeria

Role Summary

• The successful candidates shall be responsible for driving growth, innovation, operational excellence and strategic expansion across our businesses.
• The Marketing Manager will lead business development activities focused on government contracts, corporate opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new contract opportunities.
• Develop relationships with government agencies and corporate clients.
• Lead proposal preparation and bid management processes.
• Monitor procurement opportunities and tender announcements.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
• Represent the Company at industry and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, business development or contract acquisition.
• Proven success in securing government and corporate contracts.
• Strong negotiation, networking and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of public procurement processes.
