Agriwatts Nigeria Limited, a dynamic and expanding Nigerian company with interest in spanning Plastic Processing, Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Construction, Infrastructure Development, Real Estate, Strategic Investments and Business Services, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Nigeria

Role Summary

• The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership for the organization, oversee all financial operations and support the Company's growth agenda through effective financial planning, capital management, risk control and investment oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management.
• Oversee accounting, tax, audit and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, development finance institutions and regulatory agencies.
• Lead project financing, investment analysis and capital raising initiatives.
• Develop financial models for agriculture, renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
• Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, including at least 7 years in senior financial leadership.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, agriculture, energy, infrastructure or project finance environments.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
