Job Title: Head, Human Resources

Location: Nigeria

Role Summary

• The Head of Human Resources will lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and organizational development across the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and talent management initiatives.
• Design employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Drive organizational culture transformation and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
• Lead succession planning and workforce optimization programmes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Relevant HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years relevant HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
