Job Title: Head of Construction

Location: Nigeria

Role Summary

• The Head of Construction will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects undertaken by the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting and implementation.
• Manage contractors, consultants and project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Oversee procurement and contract administration.
• Monitor project risks and mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Professional registration with relevant bodies will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 12 years experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and/ project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
