We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Representative (Oil & Gas)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients across relevant industries.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations for the business development team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Sales, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong prospecting and lead-generation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business growth.
