Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full time (8AM PST – 4PM PST)

Description

• We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own our social channels and grow our presence with homeowners across our markets.
• You'll build the social strategy, plan the content calendar, and create posts that get people to notice and engage with us.
• That means writing copy, designing image posts, and producing short videos that show off our work and build trust with local customers. You'll track what's working, test new ideas, and use the results to keep improving.
• The right person is creative, organized, and comfortable both planning ahead and turning around timely posts when the moment calls for it.

Responsibilities

• Own the social media channels and drive visibility and engagement with our core audience.
• Build and manage the social media strategy and content calendar across platforms.
• Create image posts, including copy and graphic design.
• Produce and edit short-form video content, including AI-generated video, to showcase our work and build trust.
• Track performance, report on results, test new ideas, and use the findings to improve

Skills:

• Strong writing skills, with the ability to match tone and style to each platform and audience.
• Design and video editing skills, including short-form content and AI-generated video.
• Comfort reading analytics and turning results into clear, useful insights.

Salary
$500 - $800 monthly.
