Job Title: Experienced Human Resources Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within our organization.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary matters.
• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Coordinate staff training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Advise management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Must be a certified HR professional with any of the following certifications:
  • CHRM/CIHRM
  • CIPM
  • Other recognized HR professional certifications
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
• Gender: Male / Female.

Starting Salary
N300,000 monthly.
