We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: In-Building Solutions (IBS) Engineer

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee Technical Site Surveys (TSS) for In-Building Solutions (IBS) projects.
• Prepare comprehensive site survey reports, including RF analysis, coverage assessment, and link budget calculations using appropriate RF planning tools.
• Design Passive, Active, and Hybrid Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) for commercial, residential and public buildings.
• Develop RF system designs, including antenna placement, cable routing, equipment selection, and coverage optimization.
• Create, modify, and maintain building floor plans, layouts, and RF design drawings using AutoCAD, Visio, or other applicable design software.
• Supervise RF equipment installation, integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on IBS/DAS infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
• Coordinate contractors, technicians and subcontractors during project execution and maintenance activities.
• Conduct site acceptance testing and quality assurance inspections.
• Analyze and interpret RF test results, including VSWR, DTF  reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve RF system faults, coverage issues and performance degradations.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards and health and safety regulations.
• Prepare project documentation, technical reports, as-built drawings and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with RF Planning, Transmission, and Project Management teams to ensure successful project delivery 
• Any other official assignment that may be assigned.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
