Role Description

• We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Taraba.
• The Area Sales Manager will oversee and expand the company's sales operations within assigned territories.
• Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and providing regular sales reports.
• The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise business growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Proven experience in territory management and sales team supervision.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of the assigned regional markets in Nigeria.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
• Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
