Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Officer (Female)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-Commerce Operations Officer to oversee order fulfilment, inventory management, quality control, and customer support activities.
• The ideal candidate will ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory records remain up to date, and customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
• The role also involves capturing basic photos and videos of products and order preparation processes for accountability and occasional marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
• Package and dispatch orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners when required.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and products.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Capture basic photos and videos of products, packaging, and order fulfilment processes.
• Support operational efficiency by maintaining organized inventory and workspace records.
• Assist with other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in customer service, inventory management, retail operations, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media, smartphone photography, and videography is an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in basic digital tools.
• Candidates must reside in Ikeja, Maryland, Ogba, Allen, Opebi, Magodo, Ojodu, Ketu, Agege, and surrounding areas.
