Description

What You’ll Do
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads for solar installation services
- Manage and nurture inbound and outbound sales pipelines
- Pitch, present, and close solar system deals to individuals and businesses
- Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns that drive qualified leads
- Represent Solar Depot at field activations, trade shows, and consultations
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and value proposition
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Marketing or related fields with 2+ years in business development, marketing, or sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in closing B2C and/or B2B deals
- Familiarity with solar or renewable energy is a plus
- Proficient in CRM tools and lead tracking
- Driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
