We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Marketing + Sales)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)

Description

  • We are looking for sharp, energetic, and ambitious business development executives to join our team!

What You’ll Do

  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads for solar installation services
  • Manage and nurture inbound and outbound sales pipelines
  • Pitch, present, and close solar system deals to individuals and businesses
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns that drive qualified leads
  • Represent Solar Depot at field activations, trade shows, and consultations
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and value proposition

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Marketing or related fields with 2+ years in business development, marketing, or sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in closing B2C and/or B2B deals
  • Familiarity with solar or renewable energy is a plus
  • Proficient in CRM tools and lead tracking
  • Driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
