Job Title: Fintech Sales Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Slots: 2 Openings
Resumption Date: Immediate

Job Summary

  • The Sales Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new customers and merchants, promoting fintech products and services, conducting field sales activities, and driving sales performance within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers and merchants.
  • Promote fintech products and services to prospective clients.
  • Conduct field sales and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
  • 2–3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, telecommunications, or financial services is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

  • N150,000 Monthly Salary
  • ₦30,000 Transport Allowance
