Job Summary
- The Sales Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new customers and merchants, promoting fintech products and services, conducting field sales activities, and driving sales performance within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers and merchants.
- Promote fintech products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct field sales and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in fintech, banking, telecommunications, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

- N150,000 Monthly Salary
