Job Title: Female Salon Manager

Location: Rumukrushi, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Monitors stock levels of products like creams, hair extensions, and salon supplies.
• Monitors daily income, tracks staff commissions, and reviews financial metrics.
• Promotes services, runs loyalty programs, and manages the salon's social media presence to increase revenue.
• Arranges routine maintenance for salon chairs, washing basins, and other heavy equipment.
• Ensures the facility complies with occupational health and safety regulations and enforces rigorous hygiene practices.
• Encourages client reviews and implements customer satisfaction surveys.
• Greets clients, resolves complaints professionally, and ensures every treatment meets high-quality standards.
• Creates fair work shifts based on seasonality and peak times, and enforces salon policies regarding punctuality and grooming.
• Coaches staff on performance and mediates disputes using strong emotional intelligence.
• Interviews, onboards, and trains new beauticians and assistants on salon standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / HND qualification with 0 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 per month.
