We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Temporary Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Role Description
Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments.
  • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client visits and sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Sales Execution:

  • Promote the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals in line with company pricing guidelines.
  • Negotiate within approved parameters and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues where necessary.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Identify new customer needs and emerging market opportunities.
  • Provide regular market feedback to management.

Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure all customer documentation is complete and properly filed.
  • Track quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Operations to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding customer payments where necessary.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management.
  • Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or supply chain is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages in Nigeria is an added advantage.
