Description

• A growing and reputable Spa business is seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee business operations, drive growth, improve customer experience, and ensure the efficient management of multiple spa locations.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, business development, sales, marketing, and operational management skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth:

• Identify and target high-value market segments and corporate clients
• Implement upselling and revenue-generation strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Report business development activities and opportunities to Management.

Public Relations & External Engagement:

• Serve as the primary liaison for external stakeholders
• Represent the Spa at meetings, events, and business engagements
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and service providers.

Operations Management:

• Coordinate daily operations across all branches in collaboration with Branch Supervisors
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Maintain a professional and welcoming spa environment
• Review reports, schedules, correspondence, and operational documentation
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures

Staff Management & Development:

• Recruit, train, and develop employees
• Monitor staff productivity and service delivery standards
• Ensure employees understand and embody the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within the hospitality, wellness, beauty, or spa industry
• Strong business development and sales experience
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
