- Oversee process safety management (PSM) initiatives, including leading or participating in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) and HAZID studies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on facility modifications, upgrades, and brownfield or greenfield project integration.
Regulatory Compliance & HSE Leadership:
- Ensure all processing activities strictly comply with regional petroleum regulations, local content laws, and international environmental standards.
- Drive a relentless "Zero Harm" safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and emergency response protocols.
- Liaise with external environmental and energy regulators for facility audits, emission tracking, and licensing renewals.

- Provide high-level operational updates and technical briefs to senior executives and external technical committees.
Financial Management, Budgeting & Reporting:
- Develop and manage the annual Operational Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budgets for the facilities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, chemical consumption, and lifting costs per barrel.
- Prepare regular technical, operational, and financial progress reports for executive management.
