Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Anthony, Lagos

About the role
- Drive long-term company growth through market expansion, new client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Growth: Identify and pursue new market opportunities across Lagos + Nigeria
- Sales: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for B2B/B2C clients
- Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships, alliances, and distributor relationships
- Targets: Hit monthly/quarterly revenue and acquisition KPIs
- Reporting: Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and weekly activity reports
- Market intel: Track competitors, pricing, and industry trends to refine our pitch
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets + managing client relationships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Salary
N200,000 per month + commission.
