We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Event Coordinator

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Plan, organize, and ensure seamless flow of activities that translate to a successful event outcome.
• You’ll be the point person on the ground, making sure every detail runs on time and on brief.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate logistics, timelines, vendors, and on-site management for events end-to-end
• Sponsorship & Partnerships: Drive sponsorship deals and build/maintain partnerships to support event goals
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, vendors, team members, and guests to ensure smooth communication
• Problem Solving: Anticipate issues and resolve them quickly to keep events seamless
• Post-Event Reporting: Track outcomes, budgets, and provide feedback for future improvements

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience. 
• Proven experience coordinating events, activations, or campaigns
• Strong negotiation + relationship building skills for sponsorships
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
• Lagos-based and available for on-site events, including weekends.

Salary
N200,000/month + commission.
