Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an Inventory officer who will be responsible for overseeing inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record - keeping, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet organizational needs.
  • The role involves close collaboration with procurement, supply chain, and other departments to ensure effective stock control and timely replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory records, stock levels, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor stock movement, replenishment needs, and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
  • Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and internal teams to support timely stock availability.
  • Prepare inventory reports, analyze stock data, and provide insights for decision - making.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance with SOPs, quality checks, and support inventory audits.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance inventory efficiency and reduce wastage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong skills in inventory planning, stock control, vendor management, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, improve processes, manage risks, and follow SOPs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem - solving skills with attention to detail.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
