Job Title: Truck Panel Beater (HOWO Truck)

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Beater with experience in heavy-duty trucks (HOWO/Sinotruk).
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing truck bodywork, including cabin restoration and body filler application, ensuring all repairs meet quality, safety, and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess damage on truck cabins and body panels to determine repair scope.
• Carry out panel beating, dent removal, and structural alignment on truck bodies.
• Apply body filler to restore smooth surfaces before painting.
• Repair and rebuild truck cabins, including metal panels and structural components.
• Remove and replace damaged panels and body parts where necessary.
• Perform welding, metal fabrication, and refinishing work.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and finishing. Ensure proper alignment and structural integrity of repaired trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment in line with safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent; technical/vocational certification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Panel Beater on heavy-duty trucks, especially HOWO or similar brands.
• Strong experience in body filler application, cabin repair, panel straightening
• Ability to use welding, grinding, and metalworking equipment effectively.
• Good physical strength and ability to work with heavy-duty equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishing.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
