We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive (Lead Generation & Client Acquisition)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, conducting client engagements, and supporting the conversion of opportunities into profitable projects.
  • The ideal candidate must be comfortable prospecting, networking, following up leads, and actively driving business opportunities rather than waiting for walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.

Sales Conversion:

  • Engage prospective clients to understand their needs.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, consultations, and site visits.
  • Present Spatial Haven's services and solutions.
  • Follow up quotations and proposals.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing opportunities.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Submit weekly sales activity reports.
  • Meet agreed lead generation and sales targets.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

  • Generate qualified leads consistently.
  • Secure client meetings and site visits.
  • Submit high-quality proposals on time.
  • Achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain a strong lead-to-client conversion rate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in project sales, furniture sales, interior design, construction, architecture, building materials, B2B sales, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
