They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Auto Mechanic

Location: Abeokuta, Ore, Okitipupa & Akure - Ondo, Ado-Ekiti Ekiti, Lagos, Ogun & Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and functional tests on vehicles and automotive systems.
  • Identify mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs and adjustments.
  • Repair and maintain engines, transmissions, suspension systems, braking systems, steering systems, and other vehicle components.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and manufacturer specifications.
  • Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND, Trade Test Certificate, Technical College Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Automobile Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–6years of experience as an Auto Mechanic in an automobile manufacturing company, automotive workshop, or vehicle maintenance environment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, engine diagnostics, and automotive repair techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with automotive diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Professional certifications in automotive repair or maintenance will be an added advantage.
