Role Overview
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure systems run efficiently. You’ll translate corporate strategy into action while managing teams, processes, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Strategy: Implement corporate strategy, optimize workflows, and drive business efficiency
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and supervise operations staff to meet KPIs
- Industry Knowledge: Apply in-depth understanding of Nigeria’s healthcare sector to operations decisions
- Performance: Track metrics, solve operational issues, and improve service delivery
- Business Dynamics: Monitor market trends and adjust operations to stay competitive
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
- Proven experience as Operations Manager or similar role with commendable track record
- Strong grasp of corporate strategy + business dynamics
- Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry in Nigeria
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
