A prominent player in the Nigerian industry, the company’s operations span across the downstream value chain i.e. Petroleum Product Storage, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Sales. Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).

Description

  • The Executive Assistant & Strategy Development Analyst provides high-level administrative and strategic support to assigned executive leadership.
  • The role is responsible for managing executive operations, coordinating key projects, conducting research and analysis, and supporting business development and strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Coordinate and monitor executive projects, ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
  • Analyze internal and external data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Support the development of business plans, financial models, and feasibility studies.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partnerships, investments, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Track the progress of strategic projects and provide regular performance updates.
  • Support due diligence, business expansion initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures where required.
  • Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information while ensuring effective communication between executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive support, strategy, business development, corporate planning, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
