We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking events
  • Present and demonstrate BlueRock's products and services to business owners, decision-makers, and SMEs
  • Understand client pain points and recommend the most suitable BlueRock solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed deal
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects and nurture relationships with existing clients
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product and strategy improvements
  • Collaborate with the internal team on onboarding and post-sale client success
  • Represent BlueRock at industry events, trade shows, and business gatherings.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 - 3 years of proven field sales or business development experience (tech/digital agency experience is a strong advantage)
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital products — websites, CRM systems, and AI-powered tools
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to log activities, track leads, and manage pipeline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and self-generate leads
  • Comfortable with cold calling, in-person visits, and virtual presentations
  • Reliable smartphone and ability to travel within assigned territory
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
