We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (PVC Products)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager (PVC Products) to drive sales growth, expand market share, and manage customer relationships within an assigned territory.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in the sales of PVC pipes, fittings, building materials, or related construction products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and key customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Promote and sell PVC products within the assigned territory
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
  • Organize product presentations and customer engagement activities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in sales of PVC products, building materials, or FMCG products
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories
