Job Summary
- We are seeking a competent and experienced Site Engineer with a strong Civil Engineering background and proven construction/structural project experience to oversee site activities, ensure quality project execution, and maintain compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Monitor structural and civil engineering activities on-site
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues
- Monitor project materials, equipment, and workforce utilization
Requirements
- B.Eng/B.Sc in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- 3–5 years' experience in construction and structural engineering projects
- Civil/Structural experience
- Strong knowledge of structural works, concrete works, and construction methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software
- Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills
- COREN registration is an added advantage.
