Job Title: Travel Consultant (Hybrid)

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Consultant to join our growing travel team.
• The successful candidate will handle travel bookings, reservations, visa applications, client documentation, and support the development of travel packages and destination offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client bookings, reservations, and visa documentation.
• Review and verify passports, forms, visas, and supporting documents.
• Track submission deadlines, appointments, and application updates.
• Assist clients with travel forms and documentation requirements.
• Research destinations, conferences, visa opportunities, and travel packages.
• Stay updated on visa rules, travel advisories, and travel requirements.
• Work with the sales, finance, and customer service teams.
• Communicate effectively while working remotely and in-office when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of visa processing, travel bookings, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid role.
• Passion for travel and willingness to learn.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 per month.
