Job Title: Credit & Lending Officer

Job Summary
- As the Credit & Lending Officer, you will be responsible for assessing loan applications, managing credit portfolios, and ensuring timely loan recovery while supporting the organization's financial growth and risk management objectives.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and conduct credit assessments to determine eligibility and risk levels
- Monitor loan portfolios and ensure timely repayment of credit facilities
- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions, customer information, and repayment schedules
- Follow up with clients on outstanding obligations and implement recovery strategies where necessary
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements, and lending procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in credit analysis, lending, or loan administration
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, loan processing, and recovery procedures
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management systems.
Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 monthly.
