Job Title: Graduate Trainee (Supply Chain)

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics activities to ensure the uninterrupted flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the business.
• The successful candidate will coordinate supply chain processes, optimize inventory levels, and support production and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials for production.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure efficient supply chain planning.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and submit supply chain performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• NYSC Certificate
• 0-2 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
