Job Summary
- We are seeking a results - driven and proactive Business Development Executive / Field Sales Officer to drive revenue growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
- The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and promote the company's logistics and e - commerce solutions.
- Experience in technology - driven industries and knowledge of blockchain technology will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through field sales activities, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close business deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, merchants, and strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports for management.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Account Management, or a similar client - facing role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple prospects, and thrive in a target - driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience in logistics, e - commerce, fintech, international education, migration services, or technology - related industries is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and emerging digital solutions is an added advantage.
