Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Manage the company's online marketplace accounts, including Jiji, ensuring products are accurately listed and updated.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through social media, Jiji, and other online channels.
• Develop and implement social media and online marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including text, graphics, and videos.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
• Monitor social media performance, website traffic, online marketplace activity, and campaign analytics, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and online marketing.
• Collaborate with the team to promote products, services, and brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in social media management or digital marketing with demonstrable results.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns is required.
• Proficiency in social media management, analytics, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
