Job Description

• A Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating various projects from inception to completion.
• They work closely with stakeholders, team members, and other departments to ensure that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
• With a focus on planning, execution, and closing projects, Project Managers balance various aspects such as budget, scope, and schedule while ensuring quality and risk management.
• This role demand strong organizational, communication and leadership skills to navigate complex projects, drives teams towards achieving their objectives

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing the budget and allocating resources
• Monitoring progress and setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound (SMART) goals
• Updating clients and executives through meetings or via communication platforms like Slack or Outlook
• Evaluating the quality of work products by using customer feedback or inspections applicable to the industry

Requirements

• The recommended years of experience for a Project Managers is at least 5 years in having a BSc / a Master's Degree in a Business Administration field.
