Reliable Steel and Plastic Industry, also known as Divine Success, is a manufacturing company that is involved in the production of a variety of household plastic products like coolers, food flasks, baskets, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production personnel, monitoring output, minimizing downtime, and ensuring that production targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to maximize productivity.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure product quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to improve performance.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Production Management, or a related discipline.
• Nysc certification
• 0 - 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least a year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
