Job Title: Business Development Manager – ROV & Subsea Services

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary 

• We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth within an ROV and Subsea Services division.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing offshore and subsea contracts, managing bids and tenders, and developing strong client relationships across the oil and gas sector

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities within the offshore and oil & gas sector
• Build and maintain relationships with operators, offshore contractors, FPSO operators, and subsea service providers
• Lead bids, tenders, EOIs, prequalification submissions, and commercial proposals
• Identify opportunities in:
  • ROV Inspection, Intervention & Survey Services
  • Subsea Installation, Inspection, Maintenance & Repair (IMR)
  • Pipeline, Cable & Subsea Infrastructure Inspection Projects

• Manage client relationships and convert opportunities into contracts and long-term service agreements
• Monitor NIPEX opportunities and ensure compliant tender submissions.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years' experience in Subsea Services, ROV Operations, Offshore Business Development, or Commercial Roles
• Proven track record of securing offshore/subsea service contracts
• Strong knowledge of:
  • ROV Operations
  • Subsea Inspection & IMR Services
  • Offshore Project Execution
• Hands-on experience with bid management, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial structuring
• Strong industry network across operators, offshore contractors, and subsea service providers.
