We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Officer - HVAC

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as coordinating repairs to maintain the safety and functionality of the facilities
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, including obtaining quotes, scheduling contractors, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and inspection reports.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, prioritizing urgent issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and procure necessary items as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any Electrical or Mechanical Engineering-related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance in the Pharma Industry with demonstrated proficiency in performing a variety of maintenance tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment, as well as computer software for record-keeping and communication.
