Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong pharmaceutical industry experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive market growth, brand visibility, and product performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead brand management and product positioning initiatives across assigned portfolios
• Conduct market analysis and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, Medical, and Commercial teams to drive business performance
• Develop and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and promotional activities.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvement strategies
• Build relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals and industry partners
• Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies
• Track marketing KPIs and provide periodic performance reports to Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, or a related discipline (MBA is an added advantage)
• 5 - 10 years progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical industry (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical product marketing and brand management
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
