Mama Cass Restaurant is a well-known Nigerian quick service restaurant (QSR) brand that has been around for decades.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

• In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, staff performance, and smooth workflow across the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during daily operations.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor staff attendance and manage shift schedules.
• Train and guide new and existing staff on procedures and expectations.
• Track stock levels and communicate needs to the store manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in all areas.
• Support outlet manager in achieving sales targets and cost control.
• Prepare daily sales and performance reports for management

Qualifications

• OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role in food service or hospitality

 Salary
N200,000 per month.
