Job Overview
- The Field Agent is responsible for managing all agents within assigned LGAs to drive loan growth, quality customer onboarding, and strong loan recovery.
- The Field Agent Manager serves as the link between agents and the organization, ensuringstandards, performance, and accountability are maintained.
This role focuses on
- Recruiting, onboarding, and supervising field agents
- Ensuring accurate customer data and proper loan processing
- Driving loan applications and collections
- Coordinating field activities and community sensitization
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Field Service and the ability to work independently in diverselocations
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients andstakeholders
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and a customer-centric approach to addressingclient needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
- Knowledge of the financial services sector and local regulatory frameworks is anadvantage
- High school diploma or relevant certification required; an OND, HND or Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
