Job Title: Internal Control Assistant (Junior Staff)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Framework Assessment: Assist in assessing and enhancing internal control frameworks and conducting audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with various departments to maintain a culture of accountability.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures, reporting any violations or concerns.
• Training & Awareness: Support training initiatives and promote internal control principles and procedures.
• Audit & Testing: Perform internal audits and testing procedures to verify the accuracy of financial and operational information.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Relevant work experience in administrative support or entry - level auditing roles.
