About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Growth & Customer Success Manager to lead customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts.
- This role will be responsible for growing our user base, managing our social media and marketing activities, supporting pilot launches, and ensuring customers achieve value from the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Reviewi's social media presence and digital marketing campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition and business onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Support pilot launch activities and user engagement initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Create and execute growth strategies to increase adoption and retention.
- Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in digital marketing, customer success, community management, or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
