About the Role

  • We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Growth & Customer Success Manager to lead customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts.
  • This role will be responsible for growing our user base, managing our social media and marketing activities, supporting pilot launches, and ensuring customers achieve value from the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Reviewi's social media presence and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Drive customer acquisition and business onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Support pilot launch activities and user engagement initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Create and execute growth strategies to increase adoption and retention.
  • Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in digital marketing, customer success, community management, or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  • Passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
