Job Summary

• They are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to supervise the execution of complex piling projects across onshore and offshore environments.
• This role is for professionals with deep understanding of HOW success in piling is achieved through technical precision, operational discipline, and uncompromising quality control.

Your Core Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Execution:

• Supervise daily piling operations to ensure compliance with approved engineering specifications
• Coordinate site teams, operators, subcontractors, and equipment resources
• Monitor productivity and ensure projects remain on schedule
• Ensure efficient deployment of piling rigs, cranes, barges, and support equipment

Marine & Deep-Water Piling:

• Supervise piling activities executed from barges, pontoons, and marine platforms
• Coordinate marine equipment and personnel during offshore piling operations
• Monitor pile positioning, alignment, penetration depths, and installation tolerances
• Ensure strict adherence to marine safety and operational procedures

Quality Assurance & Technical Control:

• Review drawings, method statements, and construction procedures
• Verify pile integrity, reinforcement placement, and concrete quality
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection records
• Identify and resolve technical issues before they impact project delivery

HSE Leadership:

• Enforce company HSE standards and industry best practices
• Conduct toolbox talks and site safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and client safety requirements

The Ideal Candidate
Mandatory Requirements:

• B.Eng / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• COREN Registration
• Minimum 8–12 years progressive construction experience
• Minimum 5 years direct experience supervising piling operations
• Proven experience in marine/deep-water piling projects
• Strong understanding of:
  • Bored Piles
  • CFA Piles
  • Rotary Piles
  • Driven Piles
  • Sheet Piles
  • Deep Foundation Systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC and HSE procedures
• The ideal candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience supervising:
  • Bored Piling Operations
  • CFA Piling Operations
  • Rotary Piling Operations
  • Driven Piling Operations
  • Sheet Piling Operations
  • Marine & Deep-Water Piling Works.
