Job Summary
- Client Sourcing and Lead Generation: Proactively identifying, prospecting, and cultivating a high-net-worth network of potential buyers, corporate clients, and real estate investors through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Product Marketing and Promotion: Developing and executing strategic marketing presentations, showcasing the company's real estate portfolio, and representing the brand eloquently at corporate exhibitions, industry events, and site inspections.
- Property Inspections: Coordinating and leading physical and virtual site tours for prospective clients at our various estate locations, providing accurate layout and title information to convert interest into active buying intent.
- Closing Sales and Revenue Maximization: Facilitating negotiation processes, handling client objections, structuring payment schedules in alignment with company policy, and successfully closing high-value sales transactions to meet or exceed established monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining strong post-sale relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, manage payment collections for installment buyers, and secure repeat business or word-of-mouth referrals.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
