About the Job
- You provide high-level, secure, and professional driving services to the Head of Office (HoE).
- This role goes beyond basic transportation duties and requires strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders, knowledge of diplomatic and UN protocols, proficiency in digital tracking systems, and a client-service-oriented approach.
- In addition to driving responsibilities, you provide basic administrative and logistical support and contribute to the professional development of other drivers.
- You demonstrate a client-oriented mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, courtesy, discretion, and tact, as well as the ability to work effectively with people from diverse national and cultural backgrounds.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Secondary education is required, along with a valid driver's license and knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
- Work Experience: Minimum three years of relevant work experience as a driver in an international organization, embassy, or UN system with a safe driving record is required.
- Skills: Knowledge of Protocol Compliance, Safe driving, Vehicle Tracking Systems, and Vehicle maintenance is required.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
Desirables:
- Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
- Experience with VIP protocol, airport meeting protocol, emergency response and first-aid certification is an asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts is an asset.
