Description

  • The Graduate Trainee – Direct Sales Executive Program is designed to equip fresh graduates with practical sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development skills.
  • Trainees will undergo structured training and field sales activities while supporting the organization's revenue growth objectives through the acquisition of new customers and promotion of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in all assigned training and development programs.
  • Prospect and identify potential customers through field sales, referrals, and other sales channels.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion of prospects into customers.
  • Represent the organization professionally during customer engagements and marketing campaigns.
  • Attend team meetings, sales reviews, and performance evaluation sessions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Banking & Finance, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Lower Credit.
  • NYSC discharge certificate or exemption certificate.
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Maximum age of 27 years is an added advantage.
