Job Title: Cleanroom Operator / Helper

Location: Ijesha Bus Stop, Apapa–Oshodi Expressway, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our syringe production team as Cleanroom Operators/Helpers.
• This role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in the manufacturing of medical syringes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of cleanroom equipment and machinery.
• Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and hygiene standards.
• Support production staff in handling raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct routine cleaning and sterilization of work areas.
• Monitor and report any deviations in production processes.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cleanroom or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Willingness to work in protective clothing and controlled environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and long hours on your feet.
