We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Analyst 

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose

• To transform complex business data into actionable insights by designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the Group.

The Job​

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Marketing, and Production functions.
• Build and manage data models, DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPI frameworks to support business reporting needs.
• Optimize dashboard performance to ensure fast load times, reliable refreshes, and a seamless user experience.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
• Present insights, trends, and recommendations to management in a clear and business-focused manner.
• Define, document, and maintain KPI standards and a centralized KPI dictionary to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities that drive business performance improvement.
• Support the adoption of self-service analytics by empowering users with intuitive dashboards and reporting tools.

The Person Must​

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, data modelling, and data visualization techniques.
• Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualification

• HND / Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

Experience:​

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Power BI Development.
