Higherground is a manufacturing company located in Oyo State is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse / Store Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and computerized inventory systems.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when necessary.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for materials and finished product.
• Maintain warehouse organization according to GMP and FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Coordinate dispatch and distribution of finished goods where applicable.

Academic Qualifications and Attributes

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in purchasing and supply or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, stores, or inventory management experience.
• Experience in FMCG and regulated industry will be preferred.
• Good Knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Candidate residing in Oyo State or willing to relocate will be preferred.
