Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated sales executive to promote and sell the company's products and services, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and be resident in Abuja, Nigeria.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and contact potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Market Research & Customer Engagement:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for business improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry developments.
Events & Brand Promotion:
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, and networking opportunities when required.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and public engagements.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Update and manage customer information using CRM software such as HubSpot and related tools.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- Must be a degree holder.
- Minimum of 1–3 years' proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate Sales, or a related field.
- Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Must be resident in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
