Description

• We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and within budget.
• Implement and maintain quality control and safety standards.
• Supervise factory staff and ensure effective workforce management.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and other departments.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field is an advantage.
• 7-10 years’ experience in factory or manufacturing operations within FMCG or related industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and HSE standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
